Tasting toes

Rylee is getting so big so fast. I can not believe how much she has grown. She is so funny and animated too. She was in the best mood all day yesterday. We went to see my sister's house that is being built and she was so good for us. She was even trying to talk to a few of the workers!

Her newest thing is to try and eat her toes while we are trying to change her. I managed to get a picture of it last night. And I'll throw in a couple other pictures just so you can see her!

Crawling soon?

Rylee is so cute these days! She is getting up on her hands and knees, and sometimes she almost does a push up where she lifts herself up and just holds herself with her toes and hands. I have a feeling that crawling is in our near future. I just hope that she doesn't in the next couple of days while I'm out of town being a counselor at a Down Syndrome camp! Trying to sit up

Since Rylee is starting to move all over the place...I decided to see if I could help her sit up. She can't even begin to do it on her own but did pretty good with the boppy behind. Hopefully with a little more practice she will be able to sit up on her own. Here are a few pictures...







It's really hard to get a smiling picture of her. Every time I try...as soon as she sees the flash, this is what I get. Oh well....I guess better luck next time for me.

Pretty in Green

Since its summer and still really hot here, we've been spending a lot of our time indoors. Rylee has gotten a lot of play time on her play mat and has really gotten good at "scooting" around on it. She can pretty much get to anything that she wants now. She is such a happy girl when she does it too...like she is proud of herself. Here's some new pictures...

Jessie's Bridal Shower

Jessie's first bridal shower was this weekend. She wanted me to bring Rylee along...so I did..and surprisingly Rylee did really really good. She wouldn't sleep much while we were there so she was a little fussy but she was all smiles for everyone. We had a great time and they got a lot of really great gifts! Here's a few pictures
