Carving a pumpkin

Tonight we decided to carve our pumpkin. Rylee of course wanted to help. She loved using the scraper tool to get the junk out of the pumpkin but didn't want to touch it much with her hands. Here are a few pictures ...

This weekend was my weekend to work so Dave was home with Rylee. They had a really fun time. Dave gave Rylee his old MP3 player which she thought was a phone. She really wanted to talk on the phone alot this weekend. Anytime the phone rang she wanted to talk. Here are some pictures...






Then Rylee got her package from her Grandma and Grandpa. She loved the stickers again! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa. Thanks also to Great Grandpa Whitby for the card and "spot of green". I took all the money out of her piggy bank today ($80) and we're going to deposit it into her college fund!

A new playground

My mom and I have found a new playground that Rylee really likes. It not only has swings and a slide, but a sandbox and little houses to play in. Rylee loves going there! I think she would play for hours there. Here are a few pictures...












Then my mom's neighbor has a cute little coy pond and gazebo set up and Rylee visited it.

High Heels

Rylee loves to wear my and Dave's shoes around the house. Yesterday she figured out she can really walk around in mine. Here are a few pictures. And a belly picture in case anyone wants to see the 20 week belly.

Pumpkin Patch

My roommate from college Stacy came in for the night tonight so we wanted to find something to do tonight. We took Rylee to the pumpkin patch. She wasn't big on taking pictures...she wanted to pick up every pumpkin in the patch. Here are the pictures we got...

Dave's newest project

So for a couple of weeks now Dave has been dying to build a fire pit in the yard. After much convincing I finally gave in and he worked on his project all weekend. I must admit it does look pretty nice in the back yard now. Bring on the chicken stews!

Stickers and The Fair

My friend Stacy sent Rylee the cutest card with stickers for Halloween. Rylee loved the stickers...especially since they were the raised kind and played with them until there was no sticky left! Here she is with them all over her shirt.

Then today we went to the fair. The Dixie Classic Fair comes in town once a year for a week and last year we didn't go because of rain. This year we decided to go anyways despite rain chances again today. I'm so glad we did. Rylee had so much fun! She even rode a few rides. She thought she was just big stuff!
