Gymnastics

Tonight was the final night of gymnastics for the season.  The girls were so cute and so proud of themselves doing their performance.  Here is a couple of pictures of them.

Dash game

Again this year, my and Dave's work gave us tickets to go see the Winston Salem Dash play.  The kids were so excited about getting to go.  They couldn't wait to see Bolt, the mascot for the Dash.  Of course when we got there, neither one of them really wanted to get anywhere near him.  Here are some pictures from that fun night.

Rylee's end of year program and party

I can't believe that the time has gone by so quickly!  I find it so hard to believe that I will have a kindergardener in the fall!  It just seems like yesterday when she was starting to crawl and walk and now she will be walking into a new school and off to a new routine.  She is so incredibly excited and I know I'll get there too.  But most days I'm just as nervous as excited.

This year was a really great year at preschool.  We loved her teachers!  They were so fabulous and I can see a huge difference in her learning from the beginning of the year til the end.  Thanks Ms. Sink, Ms. McAlister and Ms. Stanfield!  This year, to end the year the teachers decided to let the kids put on a little program.  Not all of them were going to be going off to kindergarden next year so they opted out of a "cap and gown" ceremony.  Then after the program, all the parents brought in portions of lunch and we all ate outside.  It was a very nice day!  Here are some pictures from the day.

Washington Park

We found a new park that the girls had never been to before to play at.  It was one of the finally nice days after a lot of cold ones!  The girls had a great time.  Here's some pictures..

Gymnastics

I little bit ago we missed our normal gymnastics time and went to a Saturday gymnastics.  The girls loved it since there were less kids and they pretty much had the run of the gym!  They are both getting better at their cartwheels and hand stands too.  Here are some pictures...

Then another day we were hunting a yard sale and outside of it they were trying to find homes for these cute puppies.  The girls really wanted to take one home but we resisted.
