A Picnic

It was finally nice enough yesterday for Rylee to have a picnic outside. We fixed grilled cheeses and ate out on her new picnic table. We had to eat in the driveway though since the grass was still too wet. I think she really liked it....she loves being outside! Here are a few pictures.

Nana's Pictures

Rylee has started a new schedule now that she isn't taking bottles any more. She goes to bed between 6:30 and 7 (since she gets up at 6 am on the mornings I work) which means that I don't get to see her after work any more. My mom has started trying to take some pictures for me though. She lets Rylee write me the cutest emails too. Here are some of the latest ones she's taken.

Mama and Dada

I'm having a fun day today at Nana's. We went on a stroller ride with Bentley and my baby. I held my baby and gave her lots of kisses and hugs. When I got tired of holding her I would put her in the cup holder. I think she had fun also. I didn't want to wear my sunglasses, nana tried really hard to get me to try them on, even just for a quick picture....but I didn't think that was necessary. At the end of nana's street every dog in the neighborhood came to greet us. The black and white dog Amanda scared me and I cried. She wanted to jump to close to me and nana had to get on to her.
I also got to ride my bike....but I didn't have any shoes so nana wouldn't let me walk in the grass. I didn't think it would hurt anything if my socks got a little wet and muddy. Old people just don't know how to have fun. Now it's time for me to take a nap...I really don't think I need one but....I'm a good girl and will listen to nana.

Riding Daddy's Lawnmower

Dave has been dying to mow the yard. Yard work is his "thing" and not being able to do it all winter is making him ansy to start now. He got out his lawn mower today and rode it around to make sure it still worked. Rylee rode around with him but wasn't too sure about it.

Rylee's birthday party!

Rylee's birthday party was this past Saturday. We had such a great time and had so many friends and family come by! She got so much great stuff and really loves playing with everything already.
Dave's parents, brother and his brother's fiance all came in to celebrate with Rylee too. Here are a few pictures...

Birthday pictures!

We went yesterday and had Rylee's pictures taken at Portrait Innovations. It was hot in there at first so she didn't want to smile much but her Daddy came to the rescue and entertained her!
























Today is her actual birthday! I can't believe that she is already 1! This year has just flown by...but we have been so blessed to have such a beautiful and wonderful little girl to share it with! Happy Birthday Rylee Paige!

Rylee is almost completely walking now. She's gotten alot better at it and will fall down and stand back up and keep going. Here is here on video....

Snow Day!

Ok so everyone at work laughed at the last snow day I posted about. They all wanted to know where the snow was! This time we got a lot more snow....around 4-5 inches to be exact. Dave and I both had to work but my mom took Rylee out in the snow. She was not thrilled to be out there. Actually she almost hated it...she wouldn't stand and would cry every time my mom tried to sit her down. But here are a few cute pictures.
