Pumpkin Patch

My roommate from college Stacy came in for the night tonight so we wanted to find something to do tonight. We took Rylee to the pumpkin patch. She wasn't big on taking pictures...she wanted to pick up every pumpkin in the patch. Here are the pictures we got...

Dave's newest project

So for a couple of weeks now Dave has been dying to build a fire pit in the yard. After much convincing I finally gave in and he worked on his project all weekend. I must admit it does look pretty nice in the back yard now. Bring on the chicken stews!

Stickers and The Fair

My friend Stacy sent Rylee the cutest card with stickers for Halloween. Rylee loved the stickers...especially since they were the raised kind and played with them until there was no sticky left! Here she is with them all over her shirt.

Then today we went to the fair. The Dixie Classic Fair comes in town once a year for a week and last year we didn't go because of rain. This year we decided to go anyways despite rain chances again today. I'm so glad we did. Rylee had so much fun! She even rode a few rides. She thought she was just big stuff!

My mom and grandmother took Rylee to the park the other day. It has a beautiful path walking around a lake. There were lots of ducks and Rylee loved feeding them!

Fall

I love fall. I love the holidays...I love the cooler weather...I love being able to keep the windows open during the day and I love all the beautiful colors of fall. Basically I just love fall! And we are already having a lot of fun this fall! Yesterday Rylee and I got together with a bunch of girls that I went to high school with and their kids and then went to my sister's to help with her "landscaping day" at her house.
