Wagon Ride

Yesterday my mom kept both girls for me while I got a little rest break. It was really nice! When I went to pick them up she had promised them a wagon ride so we did that before going home. Here are a few pictures from that and a few that my sister took of Makenzie

The playground

Since the weather is finally getting nice again, we decided to take the girls to the playground today. Rylee had a blast! Makenzie decided it was more fun to sleep than play. Here are some pictures of the 2 of them. It's amazing to see how much of a difference a couple months brings in terms of how much Rylee can and will do on her own there.

Big Sister

Rylee is such a good big sister. She loves Makenzie and always wants to help. As soon as Makenzie starts crying Rylee runs off to find a passy for her. Here are a few pictures of them from the last couple of days.

Sisters

Here are a couple of pictures from yesterday when my sister was over. She got Rylee and Makenzie playing together and got some really good pictures of them. Rylee wanted to hold Makenzie's hand. It was too cute.

Meet Makenzie Grace

I can't believe it has almost been a week since Makenzie got here. Things have been pretty crazy in our house with us trying to get used to being up at night and getting her on a schedule. Sorry for the delay in pictures. Here are a few from this past week.

Then Saturday was Rylee's 2nd birthday. We took her to Funigan's to play so Aunt Jessie came over and watched Makenzie for an hour or so while we were gone.

Ok that's all for now. There are a lot more and I'll try to post them soon. It's hard to find the time for the computer now but I'll try not to neglect it!

Last post as a single child

This is the last post I'll put of Rylee as a single child. That is because I'm going to be induced on Wednesday and we'll get to meet Rylee's little sister Makenzie. I must admit...I couldn't be more ready to not be pregnant but I'm a little scared of handling 2 kiddos and splitting my time between them. My mom has already been a huge help and I know her, Dave and my sister will help me in all they can but it will just be different and we'll have to find a new "schedule" for us all. And sometimes I don't do so well with change. But hopefully with Dave home with us for the first week it will come easily for us! I'm very excited for this new phase and can't wait to meet the newest member of the Bennett family!

Here are probably some of the last pictures of Rylee as a single child...starting Wednesday she'll be the big sister instead!
